Rochdale

Rochdale is a settlement on the shore of Lake Riona in the Ancasta Flatlands. It's considered the symbolic home of outcasts and miscreants as it sits in the proverbial shadow of the kingdom's capitol city, Pemphero. A city fed in part by its fisherman and surrounding farmland, those laborer groups are adminstrated by the city's leader, Count Creobold. A man with an usual sense of justice, his guard are unspeakably loyal to him and more often than not criminals are forced to stand 'trial' by combat in the Marauder's Gambit.
